Interval Training Week 7

Some time passed already since our last interval training post (http://www.dressagehafl.com/2014/03/interval-training-week-6.html). In the last few weeks there was limited time for training and thus, also for lunging. This week might be tough, too, but still, let's set up this week's interval plan. As in the last week, work phases last now 90 seconds but we change rein after every work/pause phase.


Let's see how many times we can get that done this week!
