Interval Training Week 3 (or rather Week 4)
As we have right now no possibility to include poles in the
interval training, I will not follow the plan exactly to use now poles for one
week in the interval training. Thus, we advance straight away to week 4 of our
plan:
The only change is the shorter break in between the working
sessions.
We will do one session tomorrow and another one on the weekend.
