Interval Training - Last but not least

This will be the last entry in our series before the summary post: interval training week 8. It was a good new training approach that we will definitely re-use in autumn/winter as endurance training in summer is way easier with possible hacks in the woods and green fields ready for some canter work. 

In the last week, we had 12 working units with 90 seconds and in the last round we increase the working units to 16.

Next autumn/winter we will start again with interval training on the lunge line and depending on how motivated I am, we probably will also use some poles or something similar to increase training efficiency even more.
