“I am going to be awful”, “the canter will be maximum a 3”, “OMG the counter canter is the worst of all”, “Why we are even showing everyone will be better than me”.
Thoughts I have before entering the ring –but honestly: since when it says
FORTUNE TELLER on my business card?! And why the heck do I not use this apparently existing ability I have for my own sake and predict
lottery numbers? Why not starting a fortune teller business then? Because I AM NOT A FORTUNE TELLER!

But what can you do when negative thought overwhelm you? Say
STOP whenever you have a thought like that!

There should be somebody in your head (how about a
little minion?) holding up a stop sign whenever you have negative thoughts. And then there is another minion redirecting your thoughts in a new direction and replace them with something
positive.

It takes some time to get used to that thought stopping and redirecting or replacing – and if you don’t succeed, think of predicting the lottery numbers – could be that you ARE a fortune teller ;) In that case, feel free to contact me...
